We usually dispatch all orders within 1-3 working days. We ship all products from Dublin, Ireland. There are no any custom fees within all European Union countries.

You have no tracking number, no protection and no any update during delivery if you choose untracked `Economy` shipping method in the checkout. You are choosing this shipping method on your own risk. We strongly do not recommend to use this shipping method especially during global pandemic.
- Priority Premium Tracked with Insurance:
Ireland: €4.63
Europe: from €9.95
USA: from €14.95
Canada: from €14.95
Australia: from €15.95
You have a tracking number and insurance if you choose `Priority Premium Tracked with Insurance` shipping method in the checkout. Once your order will be posted with this shipping method we will send you instantly your tracking number via e-mail.
Economy shipping method is not available for some items and for some countries in our shop.
We do not offer cheap, untracked shipping method without protection for all items to these countries: Israel, Italy, Japan, Russian Federation, Serbia, Poland, Turkey, Ukraine.
2.) Delivery speed:
Ireland: Usually delivery takes 1-2 working days, very rarely up to 3-7 working days.
Europe: Usually delivery takes 5-15 working days, very rarely up to 15-30 working days.
Worldwide: Usually delivery takes 5-15 working days, very rarely 15-35 working days.
You have a chance for delivery in Europe within:
- 75% - 5-15 working days.
- 16%- 16-20 working days.
- 5% - 21-25 working days.
- 4% - 26-30 (or above) working days.
You have a chance for delivery outside Europe within:
- 65% - 7-15 working days.
- 21% - 16-20 working days.
