The buyer has the right to cancel the contract at any time up to 14 days after buyer receive the goods. To exercise this right of cancellation, the buyer must print, fill and send this returns application form to us together with the returning goods.
The buyer will be responsible for returning the goods to us at the Buyer's cost. The Buyer must take reasonable care to ensure the goods are not damaged in the meantime or in transit. The goods must not have been used, washed or damaged. The products must not include any type of dirt, even on the sole, and they must be eligible for sale. The goods must be returned in their original packaging, undamaged and not enclosed or covered by adhesive tape.
Once the goods and returns application form have delivered to us we will refund or send a replacement product, depending on what you are applying for.
