This device can change the boot priority from your internal floppy drive to an external drive such as an external floppy disk or a Gotek drive. Both drives connected to the system will continue to work as normal when the internal drive is selected as the boot (DF0) device. When the Amiga powers on, the internal drive is the default boot device as usual.

Please note when the external drive is selected as the boot disk, the internal drive will be disabled. This is normal for all Amiga boot selectors available on marketplace and not unique to this boot selector.

How to install:
1.) Switch off your Amiga.
2.) Remove CSG module (based near floppy cable)
3.) Put boot selector into CSG module socket
4.) Put CSG module on top of the boot selector
5.) Connect switch on/off to boot selector (included)

Switcher should be installed on the right side golden PINs (please see photo) and does not mattter which way you will connect it. It will work anyway.

You can use this item on 2 different ways - with switcher (included) or without switcher using jumpers for permanently settings (included).
