The condition for purchase is agreement and acceptance of these terms and conditions.
The buyer has the right to cancel the contract at any time up to 14 days after receiving the goods. To exercise this right of cancellation, the buyer must print, complete, and send this returns application form to us together with the returned goods.
The buyer will be responsible for returning the goods to us at their own cost. The buyer must take reasonable care to ensure the goods are not damaged in the meantime or in transit. The goods must not have been used, washed, or damaged. The products must not show any signs of dirt, even on the sole, and they must be in a resalable condition. The goods must be returned in their original packaging, undamaged and not covered by adhesive tape.
Once we have received the goods and the returns application form, we will issue a refund or send a replacement product, depending on your request.
